Here Rachel is trying to establish if her pupil - who is a complete stranger to her and a complete beginner - is right- or left-handed.
But the pupil doesn't know!
So they both have an attack of the giggles!
There is no correct way, but on a great wheel you have to spin with your left hand. On small wheels it is up to the spinner can decide which is most comfortable for them. Tutors need to be able to spin right and left handed or it is very difficult for their pupils. The only alternative is to make sure they have a large mirror with them!
