Innovation at Woolly Day 23 June

Rachel  brought along these fabulous cushion covers she has made, all hand spun, some of it hand dyed as well. All her own work from dye, spin, design and knit!  The yarns are all softly spun and so lovely and soft to touch. The coloured yarns in the  right foreground cushion cover were dyed at one of our Working with Colour workshops earlier this year. We often think that it is a waste of time producing small quantities of yarn, but this demonstrates one of the many  ways you use a small quantity.  A little innovation can go a long way.
