Andean Plying

This is Sheila who generously showed us all how to ply using the Andean method at Knuston Hall (where Ros and I were supposed to be the tutors!) Just proves you never stop learning!  You can see  by the bemused expressions that it took a bit of  concentration! It is very useful if you have yarn on one bobbin or drop spindle and want to ply it into two ply. The Navajo method of plying produces three ply; Andean, two ply. Learn these useful skills at Spinning School on Tuesday 10th September. I sometimes think I have learned more from my pupils than they have from me - this proves it.
