Have a Happy Woolly Day this Saturday

There were lots of things to see and do at Woolly Days  - nothing better than spending a day doing what you love, with people who love doing what you do. Fee is £5 and includes tea. real coffee and home-made cake; there is a shared lunch for those who want to eat - or you just keep spinning or knitting. Last month Rachel brought her loom, Lizzy brought some bags of fibre for making art yarn and I had my Ashford products..We had extra entertainment too as guests arrived for a wedding, then the bride in a coach drawn by two amazingly well behaved grey horses.  The coachmen looked rather dishy/Darcy-ish too until they started eating baguettes while everyone was in church - Mr Darcy would NEVER have done that! Then we had church bells. A really lovely, and very English, day....(including the cold grey sky and drizzle). Lets hope for sun this Saturday.
