Wednesday7-9 pm Learn to make a Shetland hap

Wednesdays are 'hap-hazard' nights in the studio when you can learn to make a shawl - or it could be used as a throw as seen here coving up an unsightly chair. Patterns, help and advice with spinning, knitting and choosing yarn are included, as well as refreshments.

  1. Such a lovely pattern, Pam. I wish I lived nearer to be able to join in the various workshops and spinning days.
Your new workshop looks amazing. Congratulations to you and your family.
My Long Draw spinning continues since your inspirational lessons at Knuston Hall.

  2. Hi Barbara,
Glad to know you are inspired to keep LDrawing! Thanks for the kind words. You can have the shawl pattern when it is finished if you wish - I am producing it four parts as there are four structural elements to it and have taken photos to illustrate each stage. Have got as far as typing up and illustrating the final stage so far.
